SAP CIS All Hands Level Up 2018

On July 27, 2018, the annual SAP All Hands event was held at the SAP Innovation Center and the Music House square

The company SAP opened the center of digital innovations in Moscow, which became the largest in the world, trailing only to the New York office. Our idea was to make the opening bring the company to a new level of interaction with the Russian economy. We reflected this idea in the concept of Level UP.

At the very beginning, as the guests were entering the hall, the screen showed only the word READY: 0 and the address of the site. Having clicked on the link, everyone pressed a button and saw the total number of players who are "ready". After that, the viewers got into the event application on their smartphones, where they could ask questions and evaluate the speakers.

The heart of the design were pictures from games and eight-bit animated screensavers. Rewarding employees for the results of half-year was made in the form of commercials, depicting the gameplay of famous games.

SAP picnic is an atmospheric party in a beautiful park, aromatic barbecue, rhythmic music, soulmates and infinite fun "on the block "!

The venue was decorated in the style of a street party: furniture from wooden pallets, iron barrels, colorful pillows, branded food truck, mobile wooden structures for catering. There were also interactive zones: beer-pong, wine tasting, mini-golf zones, street games, photo point in the form of a light tunnel with the ability to record a video.
