The largest annual SAP business event in Russia - SAP Forum 2015
April 9, 2015 Crocus Expo (Pavilion 3, halls 20 and 17) held the largest annual SAP business event in Russia - SAP Forum 2015.
The event was attended by about 3.5 thousand people.
The opening ceremony was attended by SAP top managers from Europe and key managers from partner companies, after they keynote the audience was invited to visit events of its choice:
27 parallel sessions (16 rooms for 120 people, 11 small rooms for 30-50 people)
open SAP zones - SAP Consulting, SAP Educations, SAP AGS, SAP Lounge, Design Thinking.
SAP partner companies were involved into the event as sponsors - partner exhibition of different sponsorship statuses was presented by 33 stands.
The event theme (concept) – Airport
– was embodied in the visual design of the project and in the name of the event areas and activities, not to forget that the sponsor, Aeroflot, provided its flight attendants crew to work as image staff.
The following systems were tested for the first time at the event: a self-registration system (check-in kiosks, like those at the airport) and "Loyalty Program", a system of collecting points during active participation in the event and exchanging them for prizes at the Duty Free stand.
