Football tournament – Nissan Champion League

The Nissan company, being an automobile partner of the UEFA Champions League and the most remarkable Russian football club "Spartak-Moscow", held competitions between the cities of Russia.

The tour started on July 25th in Krasnodar and covered 4 cities in Russia (Krasnodar, Volgograd, Perm, Moscow). The final city of the tour was Moscow, and “Afisha” portal provided a live broadcast of the event.

As part of the tour, participants had the opportunity to take a test-drive of the entire range of Nissan cars on main urban roads, as well as participate in innovative entertainments: virtual football, fan sector, mini-cars racing, and numerous football activities.

Event visitors were to gain the more points the better in four categories in order to prove that their city was the best in Nissan Champions League.

Event guests were able to get closer to football and meet their favorite players live during the autograph sessions.

Children and teenagers, aged 7 to 12, were given a unique opportunity to go through the preliminary qualifying stage in the football academy "Spartak" named after F.F.Cherenkov. Every young footballer could demonstrate his skills and express love towards football under the guidance of distinguished Spartak coaches. The best of the best got a chance to qualify for the “Spartak" Moscow academy named after F.F. Cherenkov.

We’ve left behind 4 cities, almost 1,700 test drives, 24,000 heads and 302,000 juggled balls! These are the results of the large tournament of Nissan Champions League!
