The event was held as part of Moscow Entrepreneurship Week, which required coordination not only with the client but also with the city: government bodies, the Moscow City Government, and 18 key partners, including Sber. We also managed communication with universities, colleges, and HR companies to organize the exhibition.

The agency was responsible for venue build-out, coordination of the business program across 5 halls, RPG team management, and artist riders. We independently sourced and engaged additional staff, cleaning services, and security, and ensured seamless operation of all halls with our in-house technical team.
