On December 13, 2017, our agency organized a New Year's event for Microsoft.:
The goal of the event was:
• maintaining employee loyalty
• maintaining the image of Microsoft as the best employer
• summing up the results of the first financial half-year
At the entrance, gorgeous Russian noble women welcomed guests and treated them with mulled wine from colorful samovars.
Master classes for the guests were organized in the welcome-zone: gingerbread decoration, weaving the most beautiful Russian and modern braids, decoration of bow ties with thorns and rivets. All guests could have stylish Russian style tattoos.
Within the framework of the New Year a la Russe concept, special props were chosen. The director prompted the ideas of the sketches, everyone was acting in super cool videos that could immediately be watched in slow motion on the screen, and then posted in social networks.
Guests of the event took part in an cheerful dance flashmob, all together did circle dances, played a "trickle" game, and danced to the favorite Russian song "Kalinka-Malinka".
